Terms and Conditions

1. Description of Services

TOTALVISA Consulting LLC is dedicated to providing advisory services in immigration processes. Our services include guidance, assistance with document preparation, and advice based on our experience, but do not constitute legal advice.

2. No Legal Advice

TOTALVISA Consulting LLC is not a law firm, and our employees are not authorized to provide legal advice. Any advice provided by TOTALVISA Consulting LLC should not be interpreted as legal advice or a substitute for consultation with a specialized immigration attorney. We strongly recommend that clients seek professional legal assistance when necessary.

3. Exclusion of Warranties

TOTALVISA Consulting LLC does not guarantee that the services provided will be approved. Decisions regarding approval or denial are solely dependent on the relevant government authorities, and TOTALVISA Consulting LLC has no control over those decisions. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for unfavorable outcomes.

4. Refund Policy

Since the service provided by TOTALVISA Consulting LLC consists of personalized advice and guidance that require time and effort, we do not offer refunds for services rendered, regardless of the outcome of the client’s application. This includes cases where the services we provide are denied, as such decisions are beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to TOTALVISA Consulting LLC for the preparation of necessary documents and forms. TOTALVISA Consulting LLC will not be responsible for delays, rejections, or denials of applications resulting from the submission of incorrect, incomplete, or false information by the client.

6. Document Submission Deadline

The client will have a maximum period of 35 calendar days, counted from the date of request, to deliver to TOTALVISA Consulting LLC all necessary documents and information for the corresponding preparation. If the client does not provide the required documentation within this period, TOTALVISA Consulting LLC reserves the right not to perform the requested service, and the client will not be entitled to any refund for payments made.

7. Confidentiality

TOTALVISA Consulting LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by its clients. All documents and data will be treated with the highest level of security and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s express consent, unless required by law in Utah.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TOTALVISA Consulting LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of job opportunities, immigration issues, or any other inconvenience related to the client’s immigration status.

9. Validity of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are effective from the date of acceptance by the client and will continue to apply throughout the service period. TOTALVISA Consulting LLC is committed to notifying clients of any substantial changes to the terms and conditions.

10. Confidentiality and Document Management

All communication and document exchange will be exclusively between the client and TOTALVISA Consulting LLC. The documents provided by the client must be relevant and necessary for the contracted service. TOTALVISA Consulting LLC will not be responsible for information or documents shared with third parties by the client without our company’s prior consent. Furthermore, any communication external to the agreed-upon process will not be considered part of the service nor affect its results.

11. Authorization for Use of Testimonial

By accepting our services, the client grants TOTALVISA Consulting LLC consent to use their experience and case as a testimonial on our social media and marketing platforms. This may include their name, comments, and relevant case details, while ensuring the confidentiality of any sensitive personal information.

12. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any dispute arising in connection with the services of TOTALVISA Consulting LLC will be submitted to mediation or alternative dispute resolution processes.

Anthony Artica

A lawyer graduated from Ricardo Palma University in Peru and registered with the Lima Norte Bar Association. In addition, he is a certified real estate agent from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at Ricardo Palma University, registered with the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation of Peru, and a special associate of the Peruvian Association of Real Estate Agents (ASPAI).

He has experience in Immigration Law abroad as a level 2 volunteer, under the supervision of a qualified and licensed attorney from the organization NOMAS (No More A Stranger Foundation). His extensive experience as a participant in Work and Travel (J1), academic student (F1), and now in the process of obtaining U.S. residency through the EB-3 visa has given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by immigrants. This has motivated him to create TOTALVISA Consulting LLC, a safe space dedicated to providing support and guidance to immigrants seeking to maintain legal status in the United States.

Alexandra Bocanegra

A Translation and Interpretation student at Ricardo Palma University, with solid experience in customer service across various sectors, which has allowed her to develop communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective and empathetic handling of complex situations.

She was a participant in the Work and Travel program with a J1 visa in the United States, an experience that provided her with a unique perspective on the immigration process and cultural adaptation in a new country. This personal experience has inspired her to combine her passion for languages with her interest in providing support to the migrant community.

Andrea Bocanegra

A graduate in Communication Sciences from the National University Federico Villarreal, with experience in audiovisual production in both the public and private sectors. She has written scripts, coordinated recordings, and directed institutional videos for social media and for the internal audience of her clients. 

She was a participant in the Work and Travel program with a J1 visa, which allowed her to firsthand experience the immigration journey in the United States. This has motivated her to contribute to the migrant community, using her communication knowledge to assist those seeking to settle in a new country.

Katherin Carrasco

A Communication professional with 3 years of experience in developing strategies and graphic materials for internal communication, ensuring consistency with corporate identity. She has successfully coordinated internal and external events, including meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities, contributing to strengthening organizational culture and teamwork.

She has participated in the Work and Travel program with a J1 visa twice: first in California and then in New Mexico. These international experiences have allowed her to understand the challenges and needs of migrants, which has inspired her to become involved in supporting the migrant community. Her focus is on providing strategic communicative assistance to those seeking to settle in new environments, helping them adapt and thrive through clear and effective information.
